Club regulations

1. You must be a member of Pickleball Plus with a Court Reserve account to play here.
2. A liability waiver must be signed and on file before entering our courts. This can be done in Court Reserve or on paper at the reception desk.
3. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit. Please note that some of our programs are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or make-ups.
5. Upon arrival, players must check in at the reception desk or via the app.
6. Only those who are playing are permitted on the court. Anyone watching the action can do so from the lobby.
7. If you arrive early, you must wait in the lobby after you check-in. Do not go down to the courts until the bells indicate it’s time.
8. Play only on the court that you have reserved. Do not go court to court. If you want to add time to the end of your game, please go to the reception desk to inquire about availability. If you go down early or stay late your account will be charged. 
9. Please leave the courts clean and in good condition. Do not move court barriers out of the way, follow all signs, and enter courts only where indicated.
10. Only water is allowed on our courts.
11. Must wear sneakers on court.

12. No lessons from outside pros.

13. No outside sales in or around our facility.  This includes paddles and merchandise.
14. Pickleball Plus assumes no responsibility for items brought into the club or left behind. Our lost-and-found is emptied every two weeks.
15. Aggressive behavior and language will not be tolerated. Pickleball Plus reserves the right to remove any member who exhibits behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
16. Pickleball Plus reserves the right to revoke membership due to any violation of our rules.
