Club regulations

1. You must be a member of Pickleball Plus with a Court Reserve account to play here. You can create a free membership by clicking here.
2. A liability waiver must be signed and on file for each player before entering our courts. This can be done in Court Reserve. 
3. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit. Please note that some of our programs are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or make-ups.
5. Upon arrival, players must check in at the reception desk or via the Court Reserve app.
6. Only those who are playing are permitted on the court. Maximum 6 players per court. Anyone watching the action can do so from the lobby. For their own safety, children under the age of 4 must be seated on a bench with adult supervision (no strollers are permitted on the court level.) 
7. If you arrive early, you must wait in the lobby after you check-in. Do not go down to the courts until the bells indicate it’s time. Pickleball Plus reserves the right to change your court assignment. 
8. Play only on the court that you have reserved. Do not switch courts. If you want to add time to the end of your game, please ask the receptionist about availability. If you go down early or stay late your account will be charged. 
9. Please leave the courts clean and in good condition. Do not move court barriers, benches, nets or any equipment. Follow all signs, and enter courts only where indicated.
10. Only water is allowed on our courts.
11. Must wear sneakers and a shirt while in the facility.

12. No smoking or vaping anywhere on Pickleball Plus property (inside or outside).

13. No lessons from outside pros. No ball machines or ball carts. Maximum of 4 balls per court.  

14. No outside sales in or around our facility.  This includes paddles and merchandise.
15. Pickleball Plus assumes no responsibility for items brought into the club or left behind. Our lost-and-found is emptied every two weeks.
16. Aggressive behavior and language will not be tolerated. Pickleball Plus reserves the right to remove any member who exhibits behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
17. Pickleball Plus reserves the right to revoke membership due to any violation of our rules.
